OLD STONEYHURST

The Highlands Collection is harvested in the high-elevation areas of the Smoky Mountains. Old Stoneyhurst is a stone reminiscent of the historic Stoneyhurst Quarry near Bethesda, Maryland, site of the new upscale Quarry Springs Development. Old Stoneyhurst is a blend of gneiss and mica schist currently available in 3 styles (or cuts): Mosaic, Random Ashlar, and Splitface Ledge.

MOSAIC

  • Random irregular shape
  • 1 1/4″ average thickness (bed depth)
  • Face sizes range from 8″ x 8″ to 14″ x 14″
  • Matching corners available

RANDOM ASHLAR

  • Roughly square and rectangular shapes 
  • 1 1/4″ average thickness (bed depth)
  • 3″ to 12″ rise (height)
  • 6″ to 18″ length
  • Matching corners available

SPLITFACE LEDGE

  • Rustic splitface ledgestone 
  • 1 1/4″ average thickness (bed depth)
  • 1″ to 5″ rise (height)
  • Random length
  • Sawed back
  • Matching corners available
