By displaying, forwarding, emailing, or otherwise using in any way any image, document, or asset received from Get Real Stone®, any of its employees, affiliates, or associates, or downloaded from GetRealStone.com or any of its affiliated sites (“Licensed Materials”), you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use of Licensed Materials stated herein:

• Licensed Materials are supplied only for cross-marketing usage specifically approved in advance by the Get Real Stone® Marketing Department. Licensed Materials may be used for the promotion, marketing or specifying of Get Real Stone® natural stone products ONLY. Licensed Materials may NOT be used for the promotion, marketing or specifying of any competing brand or product, nor for any Get Real Stone® product promoted under any product or brand name other than that officially sanctioned by Get Real Stone®.
• Licensed Materials may be altered in size only so long as the Get Real Stone® logo remains intact, and so long as any size alteration does not significantly impact the proportions (height to width ratio) of the image. Image colors may not be altered.
• Licensed Materials may be altered to include dealer’s name and contact information so long as the Get Real Stone® logo and any other Get Real Stone® branding remains intact.
• In cases where we have included a photo credit (IE: Courtesy of ABC Company), such credit(s) MUST be included with the corresponding photo when used in any and all forms of digital and/or print media.
• User shall not use any Licensed Materials in any way, or in connection with any material, which is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable or infringing upon any laws or regulations or intellectual property rights or proprietary rights or confidentiality obligations, and you shall indemnify and defend Get Real Stone® against any claims, damages, proceedings, loss or costs arising from such use. User shall not use the Licensed Materials in any way that could be construed as being adverse or derogatory to the image of Get Real Stone® or any of its dealers or the subjects featured in the photographs or videos.
• Get Real Stone® shall not be liable for (and you hereby indemnify Get Real Stone® against) any loss or damage suffered by the user or by any third party arising from your use or misuse or reproduction of any Licensed Materials or their content and caption.
• Except as set forth above, use of the Licensed Materials does not include a license to any persons, places, property, trademarks, or subject matter depicted in any photographs or videos, which may be subject to copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, moral rights, property rights or other rights belonging to third persons. Get Real Stone® makes no warranty or representation of non-infringement regarding the Licensed Materials.

Failure to abide by these Terms of Use of Licensed Materials will forfeit the offender’s right to continue using Licensed Materials and, if necessary, effectuate legal action.
